Agreement
By accessing Piviodesk (the marketing site or any portal), you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
Piviodesk provides customer support tooling across desks: ticketing, agent workspaces, desk administration, and platform oversight. Features available to a desk depend on its plan tier and configuration.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your accounts. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
Plans & billing
Desk plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) define agent, ticket, and storage limits. Platform administrators manage provisioning and plan changes. Fees, if any, are agreed separately with Pivio.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep portals available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
